The 151st Annual Meeting took place on 8 May 2024 at 4:00 PM EDT.
The Annual Meeting began with an update from RADM Ray Spicer, USN (Ret.), CEO and Publisher, on the state of the Institute. This was followed by recognition of the 2023 Naval Institute Authors of the Year and essay award winners.
General Eric Smith, USMC, Commandant of the Marine Corps, was the featured speaker. A reception followed for all guests.
